Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sanitary reasons. We kindly ask you to double-check your selections for color and sizing before placing your order to ensure complete satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding!
All sales are FINAL unless your order arrives damaged | defective; we will replace the item for free upon review of your return. Returns must be unwashed, unworn, and in pristine condition with all original tags attached. Every return is subject to an inspection and approval. Processing time excludes weekends (Saturday + Sunday) and major holidays.
Shipping and Billing addresses must match. All orders with different shipping and billing addresses will be cancelled if flagged.
Once packages are received by UPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. ChaiseApparel is not liable for missing | stolen packages marked delivered. If you believe your order was misdelivered or confiscated, we recommend filing a claim with UPS directly at 1 (800) 742-5877 if you are experiencing any of these issues.
